Support
Use this page for OrquIDea app support, account questions, conservation safety reports, and data requests. It is intended to serve as the Support URL for future App Store and Google Play listings.
Do not publish exact locations of sensitive orchids. If you need to report illegal extraction or a vulnerable population, contact Orchidarc privately.
Conservation reports
Report suspected illegal collection, orchid trade, disturbance, or unsafe location disclosure through the app where available or by email.
- Do not post exact locations publicly.
- Include general area, date, and evidence if safe.
- Do not confront people in the field.
Data requests
For account deletion, privacy requests, record correction, or removal requests, contact Orchidarc from the email associated with your account.
Field-use reminder
OrquIDea is for observation, photography, documentation, education, and conservation. It must not be used to locate, collect, remove, trade, or disturb wild orchids.
